The Financial Services team aims to be the #1 destination to find and finance property in Australia. We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to increase the effectiveness and productivity of our broker network.
Job Description
The Sales Enablement Manager will equip our State Teams with the necessary tools and training to drive sales revenue, enhance broker productivity, and execute their roles confidently. This includes developing and delivering targeted team training and coaching, creating best-in-class sales tools and templates, and refining processes to improve outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic doer and expert change manager, equally comfortable contributing to strategic discussions and managing tactical execution. The role requires juggling competing priorities, identifying and overcoming roadblocks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Increase the effectiveness and productivity of our broker network
- Develop and deliver targeted team training and coaching
- Create best-in-class sales tools and templates
- Refine processes to improve outcomes
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Go-to-Market (GTM), or Sales Operations
- Proven success in managing complex projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Experience designing and delivering enablement resources
