As a Development Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing construction materials testing methodologies and mix designs. You'll contribute to industry‐leading research and development and support customer‐facing initiatives.
Your role
* Lead and support high‐end concrete testing, including durability and lifespan assessments
* Collaborate with internal teams on trial mixes and lab testing methods
* Stay ahead of industry trends in testing, including non‐destructive techniques
* Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders
* Manage one direct report and facilitate knowledge transfer within the lab
About you
* Strong background in materials science or materials engineering
* Experience in concrete mix design, admixtures, grouting, or consultancy
* Familiarity with industry standards and testing protocols
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
