As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department. You will lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they deliver exceptional service to clients. 
Your duties will include: 
Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures 
Monitoring and analysing customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement 
Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance 
Handling escalated customer complaints and resolving them in a timely and professional manner 
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
