About the Role
Palermo Perfumes is a fast-growing fragrance brand, and we're seeking an experienced
Recruiting Officer
to support our expanding retail operations. This role is ideal for someone who has worked across
multiple retail companies
, understands high-volume recruitment, and thrives in a hands-on, office-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for retail and head office roles
* Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements
* Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple recruitment channels
* Coordinate interviews, offers, contracts, and onboarding
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
* Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
* Support workforce planning for retail growth and seasonal hiring
* Schedule, coordinate, and manage staff training sessions
, including inductions and ongoing development programs
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure training aligns with business needs
* Stay up to date with recruitment and training best practices within the retail industry
Requirements
* Proven experience as a
Recruiter / Recruitment Officer
, ideally within retail
* Experience recruiting for
multiple companies or brands
* Strong understanding of retail roles, structures, and hiring timelines
* Experience coordinating or supporting staff training is highly regarded
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Ability to work
on-site at our office Monday to Friday
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
