With their HQ based in **Murarrie**, they have been supporting the construction industry for over 50 years and are Australia's leading supplier, manufacturer and servicer in concrete agitators, barrels & spare parts.
**About The Opportunity**:
The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for administering supportive network of associated planning and scheduling task for manufactured items, raw materials, and components to meet the demands for production assembly, service and spare parts.
Reporting directly to the** Logistics Supplier Officer** some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with forecasts and compile build timetables for manufactured items and associated sub-contract services
- Maintain accurate scheduling data of product and spare parts through business partners to achieve timely delivery
- Placing purchase orders to coincide with delivery schedules for product assembly, spare sales, and service parts
- Creating production orders for manufactured items, surface coating and associated operations to meet products
- Participating and undertaking stocktakes to confirm validity of inventory against ERP system
- Processing goods receipt, and inventory transactions in the organisation's ERP system
- Processing associated documentation for import and export of goods
**About You**:
- Prior ERP System experience (LN Infor, SAP or similar) in production planning / scheduling / inventory and purchasing processes
- Understanding of manufacturing practices, Bill of Material methodology and ability to interpret drawing material lists are beneficial
- Previous experience in a supply chain planning, forecasting and production scheduling role
- System orientated with sound written and verbal communication skills
- Competent computer skills and capability to interpret data
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
