About the Role
UNICA Wealth is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our growing financial planning team in Hobart. This role is suited to a paraplanner with proven experience preparing complex advice and working with a high level of autonomy. This position is suitable for applicants looking to transition to an advice role over the next 3-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of high-quality Statements of Advice and Records of Advice
* Technical research and analysis across superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement planning
* Adviser collaboration on strategy development and portfolio modelling
* End-to-end ownership of advice documentation
* Coordination with administration to implement client strategies
* Contribution to paraplanning process and template improvements
* Active involvement in client meetings as part of our advice delivery program
About You
* Demonstrated paraplanning experience in an Australian financial advice practice
* Minimum 1-2 years of paraplanning experience required
* Strong technical knowledge and compliance understanding
* Advanced level technical knowledge in superannuation and investments required
* Xplan experience highly regarded
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
* Australian work rights are required for this position
* Applicants without prior paraplanning experience will not be considered.
