About the role
We are seeking candidates with proven experience and knowledge in the Land Development industry, ideally supported by a background in surveying, who enjoy working collaboratively with people at all levels. You are a highly motivated professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and engaging approach to your work, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure environment. A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client and customer service is essential.
What we're looking for
You will demonstrate a strong understanding of the Land Development lifecycle and the role of the Principal Surveyor in both greenfield and infill developments. You bring well‐developed project management expertise and the ability to deliver successful outcomes across:
* Surveying, particularly working with or alongside Licensed Surveyors
* Engineering and construction
* Town planning
* Development management, including land and property development
The role will also be responsible for overseeing and instructing on the following:
* Provideprofessional advice to our valued clients on land tenure matters
* Manage and coordinate land surveying activities across the project lifecycle
* Ability to review engineering designs and consultant reports to understand how they impact the development and titling process
* Understanding of Western Australian legislation, regulations, and agency land development processes
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:
* Previous experience within a similar role, or related industry.
* Tertiary qualificationin Surveying, or related discipline.
* LSLB of WA Practicing Certificate desirable but not essential.
* Sound understanding of land development processes, administration and management across Freehold, Crown Land and Strata Title developments.
