What You'll Be Doing
* Installing industrial and commercial tyres at customer sites
* Pressing and/or fitting tyres to industry and safety standards
* Using mobile devices (PDAs) to complete job cards, record service details, and capture proof of delivery
* Performing pre-departure checks and post-job documentation
* Supporting product quality by identifying and reporting non-conformance
* Working closely with the Branch Coordinator and Sales team to deliver reliable, efficient service
* Ensuring all actions meet WHS standards and Solid Plus SOPs

What You'll Need
* A current Driver's Licence (essential)
* A current Forklift Licence (essential)
* Experience in tyre fitting, industrial services, or similar hands-on roles
* Strong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude
* A genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvement
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual work
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
Desirable: Experience fitting industrial tyres, or previous work in commercial/passenger tyre fitting.
