As the** Tourism and Events Project Specialist **you will rotate across various teams within the business, providing support and assistance on various projects, gaining an understanding of the organisation, and broadening your industry knowledge.
The **Human Resources Assistant** will support the Head of Human Resources with the day-to-day administration of the operational requirements within the Human Resources Department and handle various personnel-related administrative duties.
You will receive guidance and support to assist your growth and development whilst gaining the opportunity to build mutually beneficial relationships with colleagues and stakeholders from the tourism and events industry. This in an excellent chance to assist with a range of Human Resources and tourism and events related projects and develop a rewarding career path. 
- This is a casual role with flexible hours. During the semester the hours can be flexible around the person's university commitments and then can increase during the holidays depending on availability and projects._ 
- Enrolment in an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Events, Tourism, Arts or Human Resource Management. 
- Ability to multi-task, and the ability to show initiative and meet deadlines. 
- Strong research and analytical skills. 
- The ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a team. 
- Clear and concise written communications skills. 
- Excellent relationship building skills. 
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.

- Strong knowledge of Queensland destinations will be highly regarded.
