Our goal is to deliver high-quality claims services to our clients. We are looking for a Case Manager – Relationships who can effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, ensuring timely and respectful communication throughout the claims process.


Key Responsibilities:



* Take ownership of claims with proactive follow-up and regular phone contact.

* Build rapport quickly to deliver a positive member experience.

* Demonstrate service excellence by understanding member circumstances and expectations.

1. Treat each claim as unique by working closely with members, stakeholders, or claimants from various backgrounds.

2. Simplify complex problems through effective communication by maintaining transparency at all times while delivering quality results in an efficient manner that meets client needs.
