About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, hands‐on Production Manager to lead a small production team of 7 at our Albury site. This role focuses on day-to-day operations, team engagement, production outcomes, and the ongoing development of a strong safety culture.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, coaching and developing the production team to drive engagement and performance
* Managing daily production schedules and proactively addressing issues or delays
* Ensuring high‐quality output is delivered within agreed productivity benchmarks
* Identifying root causes of lost productivity and implementing improvements
* Ensuring all products and required documentation are completed and ready for installers
About You
You are a people‐focused leader with experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment. You lead with transparency, empathy and accountability, and can effectively influence positive change across production, safety and quality outcomes.
You will bring:
* Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
* Strong capability in motivating, upskilling and engaging teams
* Experience with production scheduling and workflow planning
* Quality assurance and quality control knowledge
* High levels of organisation, initiative and accountability
