About the Role:
Are you interested in working in a neurological rehab setting? We have a new Team Leader role with a national organisation in Sydney's south-west!
This role receives strong support from our client's management team and is an appealing combination of both operational and clinical responsibilities. We are looking for someone with neurological-specific experience, who has a passion to work for a client centered, goal-oriented organisation.
This role will see you lead a small team of 5-6 to deliver exceptional quality therapy within a community setting to clients with neurological conditions such as spinal cord injury, stroke, MS, Parkinson’s Disease, Cerebral Palsy etc.
* An exciting mix of clinical, operational and administrative duties
* Oversee day to day operational duties and have responsibility for staff and student welfare
* Coordinate the scheduling of staff and clients
* Responding to client enquiries and intakes
* Support clinical research programs
With several clinics across Australia and a team made up of 60+ Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Therapy Assistants nationally, this role offers state-of-the-art facilities and access to specialised equipment and knowledge.

About You:
* Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology
* ESSA Registration
* At least 2 years' experience working with neuro population is preferred
* An interest in growing established neurological clinics and business development
* Ideally, some experience in leading small teams of clinicians and ready for the next step into a longer-term leadership position
* Working with Children’s Check
* National Police Check
* NDIS workers clearance
