We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Rep to join our Supply Chain team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager. Description About the Role Provides timely support to customers and dealers via email and phone in relation to price and stock availability • Provides first level technical support to customers or redirects to the appropriate technical staff. • Enters daily orders in an accurate and timely manner into the ERP (EPICOR). • Assist with monitoring back orders to ensure they are released in a timely manner. • Actively involved in resolving customer issues and complaints. • Processes credit claims for retailers and enter RMAs into the ERP • Assists customers/dealers and end users with courier tracking and consignment queries. • Assists with general reception duties as required. • Refers account application enquiries to the Credit department. • Undertakes training in accordance with development and compliance programs • Any other duties as directed.
