Join Our Team as a Store Manager / Client Care Coordinator – Springwood Clinic (Fidelity Hearing Centre)
Full-Time Role | Audiology Industry | Supportive and Professional Team
At Fidelity Hearing Centre, we’re passionate about providing outstanding hearing care and exceptional client service. We’re currently looking for a warm, organised, and proactive team memberto be the welcoming face of our Springwood clinic.
About the Role
As our Client Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and enjoys making a difference in others' lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone
* Manage appointment bookings, reminders, and client follow-ups
* Support audiologists with clinic coordination and administrative tasks
* Maintain accurate client records using our practice management software
* Process payments, manage billing, and liaise with funding bodies (e.g., HSP or NDIS clients)
* Help with light office tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly
* Assist with connectivity (Bluetooth) connections with hearing aids
* Assist with other minor hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A friendly, empathetic, and professional manner
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confident using computers and learning new systems
* Prior experience in an audiology setting (advantageous, but not essential)
* A heart for helping others and a commitment to client-centred care
