Senior Medico Legal Officer
The successful applicant will provide advice on a broad range of medico-legal matters and support and assist SMHS General Counsel and the Legal Services team with legal research, drafting legal documents and advice.
They will also be responsible for assisting with the management of Medical Treatment Liability claims and Coronial matters for SMHS.
Eligibility & Requirements
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed-term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
