Nestlés supply planning role is a critical part of the companys operations, focused on ensuring stock availability based on customer needs.
The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing supply plans, working closely with demand and customer teams to achieve sustainable supply chain targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a robust product-level supply plan over an 18-month horizon.
* Analyse exceptions and drive realistic, achievable supply plans.
* Communicate relevant information to stakeholders and ensure SAP accuracy for freight planning.
* Maintain optimal inventory levels and freshness.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise performance.
Requirements
* Candidate must have a customer-centric mindset and focus on achieving targeted customer order fulfilment and service levels.
* FMC experience preferred.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to collaborate with global suppliers and/or 3rd party suppliers.
* Understanding of Order to Cash principles.
* SAP experience highly desirable.
* Problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities.
* Results-focused and able to remove obstacles to protect supply and deliver availability.
