Your new role
As the Site Manager, you will take the helm to ensure seamless execution of the project while upholding the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the site from project inception to completion.
* Planning and implementing short-term schedules to meet project milestones.
* Leading and mentoring Site Supervisors, and Leading Hands.
* Overseeing and coordinating subcontractors to ensure exceptional work delivery.
* Driving quality assurance to align with project timelines.
* Facilitating communication with stakeholders, including clients, to maintain strong partnerships.
* Enforcing robust WHS protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
What you'll need to succeed
* Relevant trade qualifications (highly regarded).
* Proven track record as a Site Manager on commercial projects above $5M.
* Proficiency with construction management systems to enhance operations.
