Our global technology client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support two senior leaders within their organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned administrative professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality support across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide complex calendar management across multiple global time zones for senior leaders.
* Coordinate APAC & EMEA regional events, quarterly All Hands, and monthly GDCO meetings.
* Arrange domestic and international travel, including handling passport and visa requirements.
* Process expense reports and support procurement processes including PO requisitions.
* Track and manage fiscal year budgets for travel and expenses.
* Maintain internal SharePoint sites (APAC GDCO).
* Handle confidential HR-related information and support organizational changes.
* Provide coordination support for executive visits and manage organizational assets.
* Book meeting rooms, manage queries, take minutes, and track action items.
* Create high-quality deliverables and ensure timely execution of administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven excellence in administrative support, ideally at the executive level.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
* High level of professionalism and discretion.
* Exceptional planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3–5 years of experience supporting senior-level managers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Teams, Outlook, OneNote, and Excel.
* Strong Excel skills, including spreadsheet creation and expense tracking.
* Experience in project management and event coordination.
