Responsibilities
* Build robust customer relationships and promote whole‐goods, parts and service solutions.
* Use CRM tools to track sales activity, follow‐ups and customer interactions.
* Conduct field demos and support machinery handovers to ensure a great customer experience.
* Work closely with internal teams to manage orders, deliveries and after‐sales support.
* Stay across competitor activity, market trends and product knowledge to drive sales.
* Deliver expert service and support to customers and partners.
* Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Previous sales experience, ideally with agricultural or construction equipment.
* Strong understanding of local market conditions and equipment resale values.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High‐level customer service focus and relationship‐building ability.
* Confident using digital tools and CRM systems.
* Safety conscious, solutions‐focused and ready to grow.
* A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results.
* Holder of a relevant driving licence.
