About the Role
The Stewardship & Impact Coordinator delivers high‐quality donor stewardship and impact initiatives that recognise donor generosity, inspire increased giving and strengthen long‐term philanthropic relationships at UTS. Working within the Fundraising & Donor Stewardship team, this role coordinates stewardship initiatives, impact communications and recognition activity that demonstrate the impact of donor support, the University's gratitude and align with the University's vision and values.
Role Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver donor stewardship and recognition activities, including communications, events and engagement initiatives.
* Support the preparation of the UTS annual donor impact report, case studies and storytelling content; oversee philanthropic web content, donor charter and other communications that build donor trust and enable ease of giving.
* Work with faculties and internal stakeholders to gather impact data, stories and testimonials.
* Contribute to community giving and broader fundraising campaigns through integrated stewardship activity, including delivery of donor surveys to ensure a donor‐centred approach to initiatives.
* Coordinate the delivery of meaningful donor thank‐you activities throughout the year, including supporter thank‐you events, impact communications and calling campaigns.
* Maintain accurate records of stewardship activity and donor engagement in CRM systems.
* Support the development and continuous improvement of stewardship and recognition frameworks, processes and templates, including approach to the donor board and other recognition opportunities.
* Collaborate across the Alumni & Philanthropy Unit to ensure consistent and meaningful donor experiences.
About You – Skills, Attributes and Knowledge
* Strong organisational and project‐management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for donor‐facing content.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Professional judgement and discretion when handling sensitive donor information.
* Knowledge of donor stewardship, recognition and impact reporting practices.
* Awareness of data governance, privacy and compliance requirements.
Experience
* Experience in donor stewardship, fundraising, stakeholder engagement or a related environment.
* Experience producing written or visual content for external audiences.
* Experience coordinating high‐quality events, campaigns or engagement initiatives that focus on building reputation and trust.
* Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
* Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Qualifications
Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and extensive relevant experience.
What We Offer
Base Salary Range: $107,402 - $118,813 (HEW7) plus 17% superannuation (pension). The position is full time and will be made on a continuing basis.
