About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Site Manager to join our client team for an exciting $50M construction project in McLaren Vale. You will be responsible for the day-to-day site operations, supervising safety, and ensuring the project runs on time and to budget. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this hands‑on role will involve leading a site‑based team of employees and subcontractors across all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the effective, efficient, and successful execution of the project onsite
* Ensure all work complies with environmental, health & safety, industrial relations, and quality standards
* Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and the broader project team
* Provide strong leadership to all site personnel
* Develop and manage short‑term and long‑term programs
* Coordinate subcontractors, materials delivery, and site logistics
* Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
About You
* Proven and stable background within the construction industry
* Strong experience in site supervision/foreman roles on significant projects
* Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
* Enthusiastic, motivated, with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
* Positive attitude with a passion for the building and construction industry
