Job Description:
As a finance professional in this role, you will play a key part in helping clients navigate complex financial challenges and deliver value through strategic, operational, and digital finance transformation. You will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement future-ready finance operating models, support enterprise performance improvement, and drive technology-led transformation and help clients integrate advanced analytics into their Finance function.

Due to the nature of work with federal government clients, Australian citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead complex finance transformation projects involving digital strategy, process optimization, future-state operating model design, and the implementation of enabling technologies such as ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics etc), EPM, AI, RPA, and Power BI.
* Inspire and guide high-performing teams by mentoring junior consultants, collaborating across service lines, and delivering integrated solutions that drive sustainable change.
* Engage directly with CFOs and senior finance leaders to build trusted relationships, provide strategic insights, and support business development through proposal work, solution design, and thought leadership.
Skills and Qualifications:
* 4–8 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or in-house finance roles, ideally within professional services, Big 4, or industry finance teams.
* Strong knowledge of core finance functions (e.g. FP&A, record-to-report, order-to-cash), with hands-on experience in finance strategy, process improvement, and system implementations.
* Proven ability to lead and influence with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; experience with tools like SAP, Microsoft, Blackline, or Tagetik is a plus.
