Role Overview
The Housekeeping Department Supervisor plays a pivotal leadership role within the Housekeeping Department, supporting operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operational Oversight: Lead daily housekeeping operations, allocate tasks, manage workflow, and monitor productivity to ensure seamless delivery of cleanliness and presentation standards.
* Team Development: Train, coach, and mentor team members in cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and exceptional guest service techniques.
* Guest Experience: Respond promptly to guest feedback, maintain effective communication with Front Office and Maintenance teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Safety and Compliance: Uphold strict WHS standards, report maintenance issues, hazards, or incidents immediately to prevent any compromise on quality and safety.
