Business Requirements Gathering and Documentation Specialist
This is a mid-senior level contract position for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. The successful candidate will gather and document business requirements, map business processes, and create standard operating procedures for all people management services in scope.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements from SMEs and key stakeholders.
• Map business processes using Signavio and create standard operating procedures.
• Provide input into business readiness, training, and change adoption activities.
Requirements:
• 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in service transformation projects in the HR domain and complex HR project management/delivery environment.
• Experience in HR/HCM/HRIS transformation programs implementing SAP SuccessFactors across Employee Central, Reporting, Recruitment, and Onboarding modules.
• Strong business-focused experience including project delivery, people management, excellent presentation skills, and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail with strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience in business requirements gathering and documentation, business process mapping using Signavio, and creation of Standard Operating Procedures.
