Shine SC have availability for candidates who can work either day or sleepover shifts.
About the Role
Shine SC are seeking support workers with child safety and complex mental health experience to support a young male participant in Support Independent Living (SIL), and within the community,
Our ideal candidates will have at least one years' experience in the industry, and will have experience with the following.
* Complex, high behavioural needs
* Community mental health
* Child Safety experience
* Medication administration
* Experience working with Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)
* Experience with Restrictive Practice (RP) implementation (high desirable)
Candidates must also have flexible availability and prior experience working within SIL homes.
Candidate qualifications:
Our ideal candidates will possess the following:
* Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtain
* Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
* Current Driver License
* Current NDIS Workers Screening & Working with Children Check
