The Opportunity
As a key member of our client support and administration team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and valued. From first contact to final follow-up, you'll help deliver a professional and positive experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Your Day to Day Will Include:
* Providing high-quality administrative support to our financial planning operations
* Being the first point of contact for clients with a warm and helpful presence
* Coordinating client communications and appointment scheduling
* Submitting applications and liaising with product providers (e.g. superannuation and insurance companies)
* Assisting advisers with documentation and follow-ups
* Ensuring all client interactions are handled with care, accuracy, and confidentiality

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A genuine passion for client service and supporting others
* Experience in financial services or professional administration (a plus)
