About the Role:
As an Assistant Educator you will be creating and maintaining fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments as well as maintain excellent relationships with families, children and other team members. In addition as our OSHC Studio Lead Educator you will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and lead your assistant educators to deliver fun and educational programs and practices that supports our OSHC children. You will provide a creative environment ensure it meets all regulatory requirements and provides a high-quality care environment.
What you'll need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
* Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Working with Children Check
* Experience with Storypark is a bonus
* First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
