The Role
This position offers a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Warranty and Maintenance Coordinator eager to excel in their career. You will be a high performer who enjoys working within a team and building relationships with developers. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and values fantastic customer service.
* Liaise with major clients/developers regarding maintenance status for projects within the Defect Liability Period.
* Check and review maintenance and warranty reports.
* Provide monthly updates to senior management on key client projects and department productivity.
* Manage customer complaints and resolve issues fairly and reasonably.
* Forecast incoming jobs to allocate workloads appropriately to the team.
* Oversee a team of 3 employees to manage KPIs and targets effectively.
* Ensure prompt responses to customer requests and follow up on issues until satisfactory resolution.
* Refer to Victorian Standards and Tolerances and NCC for defect rectification standards.
Skills and Strengths
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Building & Construction Cert 4 or equivalent advantageous.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
* Computer literacy in MS Word, Project, Excel, etc.
* Solid understanding of the NCC and Australian Standards.
* A passion for customer service and flexibility to meet customer needs.
* Solutions-oriented with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
