With several major project wins secured, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a Brunswick OFSC (Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner) compliant project commencing in May 2026.

The Role
As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the construction delivery of mid-rise and high-rise projects. You will lead site teams from commencement through to fit‐out and handover, ensuring programs, safety, quality, and performance targets are consistently achieved.
You'll work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Director to drive outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
If you are a hands‐on construction leader with a strong track record delivering complex commercial builds and have previous experience on OFSC‐accredited projects.
You will bring
* 15+ years of site‐based construction experience, including senior site leadership roles.
* Experience delivering commercial / government / federally funded projects
* Trade qualification with proven people and team leadership skills.
* Strong ability to coordinate trades, subcontractors, staff, and daily site operations.
* Excellent planning and program management skills, including meeting critical works and milestone deadlines.
* Confidence reading and interpreting construction drawings and maintaining accurate reporting.
* Strong safety‐first mindset and solid understanding of OH&S to ensure compliance Federal Safety Commissioner requirements.
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
* Comfortable using technology (iPad and construction management systems)
Key Responsibilities
* Full site management responsibility from project commencement to fit‐out and handover.
* Lead and manage all on‐site construction activities in line with program, quality, and safety requirements.
* Work closely with the Project Manager to manage and maintain the construction program.
* Monitor manpower, resources, and subcontractor performance.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
* Provide daily progress reporting to the Construction Director and Project Manager.
* Maintain clear communication with the MARKSCON office on all site‐related matters.
* Proactively resolve site issues and foster strong working relationships.
* Apply extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools across full build projects.
Remuneration
A highly competitive salary will be offered and negotiated based on experience.
