About the Role:
As a Residential Care Worker, you'll be the heartbeat of our village-delivering compassionate, person-centred care that uplifts and empowers. Your day-to-day will include:
* Supporting residents with personal care and daily living
* Assisting with meals and maintaining a clean, safe environment
* Engaging in meaningful activities that bring joy and connection
* Documenting care accurately and professionally
* Building genuine relationships that make our residents feel truly at home
About You:
You're someone who leads with empathy and purpose. Ideally, you bring:
* A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or similar (preferred but not essential)
* Medication endorsement (a bonus)
* Experience in aged care or community care (desired)
* A commitment to dignity, respect, and excellence in care
