Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities, focusing on new logo acquisition.
Conduct cold outreach, networking, and lead qualification.
Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients to create interest in our solutions.
Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads for deal closure.
Achieve targets for new leads, meetings booked, and pipeline growth.
Qualifications
5+ years' experience in Business Development or Sales roles within Consulting, Professional Services, or IT Services, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
Proven track record of winning new business in complex B2B environments.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure, price, and negotiate consulting engagements.
Excellent communication skills for crafting proposals and delivering executive-level presentations.
Skilled in negotiation, contract structuring, and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
Proficient in CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
