Overview
Join the Joint Replacement team as Robotic Product Specialists to support orthopaedic surgeons in robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using Stryker's Mako system. This is a permanent or 12-month contract opportunity to become a key clinical partner in advancing orthopaedic surgery through cutting-edge robotic technology. You will be the primary clinical expert for the Mako system, providing real-time support during procedures and working closely with surgical teams to optimise patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
* Serve as the in-theatre expert for Mako-assisted procedures, providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.
* Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
* Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
* Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
* Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
* Travel across Sydney and surrounding areas to support multiple hospital sites.
Qualifications
This role is ideal for someone with a strong clinical background and a passion for surgical innovation. You may come from fields such as:
* Orthopaedic clinical support
* Biomedical science/engineering
* Medical device experience
* Operating theatre nursing/registered nursing experience
* Physiotherapy or allied health with surgical exposure
* Human movement or anatomy specialists with clinical experience
