A leading Big 4 Bank is modernising merchant and small‑business customer experiences and is seeking a Product Designer to support several high‑pace squads focused on both onboarding and in‑life journeys.
What you'll be doing
Designing end‑to‑end user flows and lifecycle journeys across mobile and app‑based experiences.
Collaborating closely with a Design Manager, Lead Engineer and BAs to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences.
Prioritising staff and customer experience to reduce pain points across merchant onboarding and day‑to‑day business operations (e.g., terminals, payment acceptance).
Delivering high‑quality UI and interaction design using Figma, including work with component libraries.
Understanding technical impacts and system dependencies while maintaining a strong user‑centric approach.
What we're looking for
Experience as a Product Designer and working end-to-end
Strong product design background within complex digital environments.
Experience in payments projects will be preferred
Ability to work at pace across multiple agile crews.
Technically minded with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The role offers an 12-month contract and $890+ super on day rate. You'll be based in Sydney and enjoy flexible working arrangements (50% in the office).
