Job Summary
The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, storage areas, and corridors to meet the highest standards.
* Ensure that all guest supplies and promotional materials in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards for each room type.
* Implement key management procedures and adhere to security protocols at all times. Report any suspicious individuals or items to a Supervisor.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized environment by:
* Performing daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, corridors, and storage areas.
* Restocking guest supplies and promotional materials as needed.
Security and Key Management
Implement key management procedures by:
* Securing keys and guest rooms at all times.
* Reporting any security incidents or suspicious activity to a Supervisor.
Communication and Teamwork
Develop effective working relationships with colleagues by:
* Communicating clearly and respectfully with team members.
