Job Title: Senior Construction Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the Estimating and Contracts Administration process for luxury residential projects.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for analysing architectural plans, specifications, and other project documentation to develop accurate cost estimates. You will also prepare detailed quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labour estimates for various trades and scopes of work.
The Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse project documentation to identify potential risks and opportunities
* Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and schedules
* Prepare and administer contracts, including subcontractor agreements and purchase orders
* Assist in the procurement process by obtaining quotes and selecting suitable suppliers
* Monitor project costs and provide timely reports on financials
* Manage progress claims, invoicing, and ensure timely payment to subcontractors and suppliers
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum three years' experience in a similar role across architecturally designed residential projects
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
* Excellent attention to detail – able to pick up on inconsistencies or issues early
* Proficiency using Procore
* A proactive, accountable approach – you manage your own time and deliver reliably
