Senior Systems Engineers have proven advanced design and delivery expertise in electrical engineering and/or control systems engineering. They are accountable for successfully delivering complex engineering solutions for projects within requirements, schedule and budget in their area of expertise.
In This Role You Will
Be accountable for the team's performance in achieving schedule, quality and budget targets.
Confidently liaise directly with clients in developing and refining scopes of work as needed.
Provide mentoring and leadership and have the ability to lead a technical team.
Skills & Experience
Appropriate Electrical Engineering qualification combined with verifiable industry experience within the automation industry.
Demonstrable knowledge of good engineering practices and principles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders to elicit and understand their requirements to deliver a high-quality service.
Previous experience leading and mentoring staff within an engineering environment.
Current unrestricted Australian Work Rights.
