We are seeking a highly organised, values driven and innovative Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand, Marketing & Communications Team.
About the role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the delivery and implementation of the Club's marketing activity across a range of products, programs and experiences.
This role provides hands-on coordination and administrative support to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard. You'll work closely with teams across the Club to bring campaigns to life, support fan and member engagement, and contribute to meaningful experiences on and off the field.
Success in this role is defined by the smooth execution of campaigns and strong support to the broader marketing team in achieving Club objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and fan experience activations across paid, owned, earned and experiential channels
* Coordinate campaign assets and deliverables to ensure quality, consistency and timely execution
* Assist with digital and administrative tasks including eDM builds, website updates and campaign tracking
* Support campaign reporting and insights to drive continuous improvement
* Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Contribute to game day and Club events as required
* Champion the Saints brand and values across all marketing activity
About you
You're an organised, proactive and detail-oriented marketer who enjoys working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You're collaborative by nature, curious about audiences and marketing effectiveness, and motivated by delivering high-quality work that connects fans and members to the Club.
You'll likely bring:
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all marketing activities.

* Strong understanding of marketing concepts, creative assets, and channel placement across EDM, social media, website and app as well as in-person and event-based activity.
* Collaborative and team-oriented, working effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes.

* Proactive and adaptable, delivering high-quality work that supports Club objectives and enhances member and fan engagement.
What you need
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
* Experience coordinating or supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and projects across paid, owned and earned channels, as well as in-person and event-based activity.
* Experience tracking campaign performance, with a general understanding of key marketing concepts and strategies used to measure success across campaigns.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Experience and knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, CRM Systems (e.g. salesforce), canva, website CMS and eDM software is highly regarded
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and build strong working relationships.
* Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Working With Children Check.
