YOU | Bring your experience and passion for facilitating customer solutions to this great, flexible opportunity to work with one of Australia’s largest banking groups. Your compassion, empathetic nature and experience providing great service to customers, will see you helping customers in highly sensitive situations. Ideally you will also bring:
High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, adaptable to change.
Empathetic nature and a genuine passion for helping others
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, background, accounts payable or similar industry experience
Contact centre experience or similar phone environment (desirable, but not essential)
