* Deliver architectural designs and documentation across various project phases for landmark sporting and public projects
* Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve outstanding design outcomes
* Lead and mentor junior architects, promoting technical and creative growth
* Contribute hands-on Revit modeling and technical detailing to ensure project excellence
* Manage project timelines, quality, and deliverables effectively
Key Requirements:
* Master's Degree in Architecture with 5-7+ years' experience on major sporting or large-scale public projects
* ARBV Registration preferred with proven ability to lead through all project stages
* Advanced proficiency in Revit; Rhino experience highly regarded
* Strong constructability and technical detailing expertise
* Confident communicator with the ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
