We are seeking a talented individual to join our JLT Risk Solutions team at Marsh Australia. This role will be based in our West Leederville office and is a hybrid role requiring in-person presence at least three days a week.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily banking for both the LGIS Scheme and JLT, including processing receipts/payments and following up on outstanding items.
* Ensure timely monthly invoicing of Scheme Management Fees and assist with credit note requests.
* Support the Finance Manager and Assistant Accountant with external audit information and statutory accounting requirements.
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are paid on time and bank receipts are posted promptly.
* Develop holistic solutions by translating abstract concepts into actionable advice for clients and colleagues.
* Fleet Management of all Pool Cars including servicing requirements.
Qualifications
* Relevant accounting experience, preferably in a similar environment.
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
* Strong technical knowledge and advanced skills in Excel; experience with Oracle EPM is ideal but not essential.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting tasks and meet deadlines.
* Motivated self-starter with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information.
