**THE ROLE**

**The CRM Manager, LPG **is a role recently created to **lead the CRM program of work utilising the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. **Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager, the Channel Manager, and the Digital Product Manager, and will be a key member of the LPG Marketing, Sales & Service Team, responsible for building and maintaining highly personalized and relevant content at scale to deliver 1-to-1 customer journeys.**
**As the CRM Manager, LPG**, you will work alongside your team to help deliver and execute the residential LPG marketing strategy, including cross-channel marketing campaigns and personalisation, with a focus on delivery and in-market management.**
**This is a FT, limited term role (7 months), able to be based in any of our State offices.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Discover, design and implement automations and journeys that could benefit customer retention and build and measure customer loyalty
- Collaborate with analytics team to identify customers eligible for campaigns and design and deploy campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Identify short-term and long-term improvements in Origin's salesforce technical landscape
- Build reports on eDM, SMS, customer satisfaction and campaign performance
- Build and maintain templates and dashboards in Salesforce and Marketing cloud
- Collaborate with the Salesforce development team to identify opportunities of continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities in the customer journey that can be automated
- Provide technical advice regarding MarTech, data and process to the LPG business, particularly around Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
- Work with our agency partners to ensure best in class 1:1 communications and integration across our customer journeys/sales funnels
- Maintain data quality & version control across Marketing Cloud
**ABOUT YOU**
**Our ideal applicant is a Salesforce SME who is a leader in CRM, with the ability to own the program end to end - through campaign design, delivery and monitoring.**
To be considered for the role you will have:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (7 years +), including digital/CRM marketing campaign design, delivery, and monitoring
- Champion for the customer, passionate about creating outstanding, personalised experiences to generate customer connection
- Ability to identify and articulate immediate areas of opportunity as well as longer term strategic decisions required for success;
- Commercially savvy and can connect digital marketing experiences with business outcomes
- Creative, innovate thinker, with an ability to challenge and agitate the status-quo
