**About the Role**
**About You**
You are dedicated, passionate, and possess the following:
- Ability to comply with the Multi-Enterprise Agreements ("MEAs") and relevant legislation with regard to accurate payroll transactions and payments for all employees
- Experience managing the onboarding, change in working arrangements, and off-boarding of staff within payroll systems
- Experience processing new employee's contracts and terminations including the termination calculations in accordance with the MEAs
- Experience managing superannuation choice funds and leave entitlements for employees
- Preparation of tax obligations including PAYG tax and superannuation contributions
- Resolving payroll issues and maintaining employee records
- Preparation and implementation of annual salary increases and associated salary sheets
- Liaising with the ATO to upload the single-touch payroll and performing the year-end reconciliation
- Month-end reporting, end of financial reports, and finance reports
- Regular archiving of payroll information and data record management
- Working closely with the Human Resources team and other stakeholders
- Undertaking other duties as required and directed

- A proven track record of success in a similar rapid-paced environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of industrial instruments.
- Strong stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to work closely and confidentially with people at all levels within the school.
- The ability to work autonomously with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated Microsoft Excel, payroll software, and database management skills
- Exhibit a flexible and proactive 'can do' attitude.
