Busy Neighbourhood Café is hiring a Casual/Temporary Allrounder Cafe Cook role in Joondalup, WA.
Chester Z Espresso is a small café located in the Joondalup residential area. We have a community vibe with a focus on providing best in class coffee and delicious food made in house. We're on the lookout for an Allrounder who has a passion for food!
The successful applicant will be confident in:
- Making sandwiches/paninis and other light meals
- Baking
- Working under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Working solo or as part of a team
- Providing excellent customer service and able to assist with front of house when called upon
- Cleaning and shutting down the kitchen/café
- Capable of multi tasking
Having your own ideas and a nous for making food visually appealing is a must! This role would require a 5am start on occasion and work at least one weekend shift. This is a casual position and offering up to 20 hours per week.
Due to our location, applicants with own transport are highly desired. We are a young establishment with a small and hardworking team. As such we can only take on those with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
