Job Overview
The National Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving sales activities to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships.
This position oversees a team of sales executives and engineers, develops sales strategies, and ensures our products meet key client needs.
The role requires a proactive leader with strong industry knowledge, customer focus, and a results-driven approach.

Lead and manage strategic projects and tenders
Business development initiatives
Optimise sales process and practices
Sales strategies development (Support to CCO)

To negotiate with Headquarters and overseas markets
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Administrative and/or Sales Related areas.
Management related qualifications or work experience.
Minimum of 5 years prior experience in project management and/or commercial roles in the Bus (or similar) industry.
Proven work experience with large government projects and tenders, including award and implementation ($50m+).
Proven work experience with international bus markets development (exports), business and new markets consolidation.
In-depth technical knowledge and understanding of customer, partner, and engineering requirements – including international certification, homologation, and regulation processes.
Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage and inspire a team.
Desired skills include fluency in Portuguese or Spanish language to negotiate with Headquarters and overseas markets.
