We are working with a huge multi-national travel and tourism company who are on the hunt for a Website & EDM Manager to manage projects that will update, maintain and optimise the Australia region ecommerce website/s and EDM channels. In order to meet the business goals you will focus on the customer experience when someone lands on the website and the conversion rates associated with this.
**Here are some of the main responsibilities in the role**:
Ensuring brand and content is uniform across all web / digital assets;
Project manage all projects associated with the maintenance and updates to web assets/ EDMs. Working with an internal development and design team;
Monitor and report on website KPIs such as Sessions, Users, Page Load Speed, Bounce Rate, Avg Time On Site, Avg Page Views and Conversion Rate;
Responsible for the optimal templating, design and delivery of targeted EDM and SMS campaigns.
**Skills and experience**:
Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM in relation to web platforms and optimisation of the platform in relation to these elements;
Proven hands-on experience using and optimising EDM as a marketing tool for direct customer communications;
Experience in using website analytics for the purpose of understanding website optimisation opportunities and to assist with their implementation.
The role comes with a hybrid working model. You will be expected to be in the office (Eagle Farm) 3 days a week and are able to work from home 2 days a week.
