Work Integrated Learning Officer

* Total Remuneration $110,541 to $119,053 pa (includes salary of $93,409 to $100,602 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
Role Overview
* Act as the primary liaison to connect students with industry placements that satisfy course and accreditation requirements across multiple campuses.
* Collaborate with academic teams, industry partners and students to arrange placements, ensuring they meet program objectives.
* Manage day‐to‐day responsibilities including relationship management, strategic planning, data entry, cross‐team collaboration and problem solving to support student success.

Position Requirements
* A degree and relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of training/experience).
* Experience in a Work Integrated Learning environment is highly regarded.
* Ability to plan and manage workloads independently, prioritise competing tasks, meet deadlines and deliver high‐quality outcomes.
* Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail in resolving administrative or client‐related issues.
* Confidence using business support software (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, or corporate information systems).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, collaborate, advise and negotiate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and clients.
* Strong organisational skills with a solutions‐focused mindset.
