Exciting Opportunity for Senior Integration Developer to join our largest Education Client based in Melbourne.

#Hybrid working - 3 days in the office in South East.
The Senior Integration Developer is responsible for the coordination, build and delivery of APIs and integrations within projects. The Senior Integration Developer ensures that the project's integration components are aligned to business needs, and then builds, reuses, enhances or implements catalogued integration services to ensure the work delivers value to customers
Key responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the solution analysis, design, development and lifecycle management of APIs and integrations
Provide technical direction, specific domain knowledge and advice to peers, working parties and project teams to ensure high-quality, timely and effective outcomes
Develop, review and enhance documentation and code as required using formal SDLC (Software Development Lifeycle) tools and documentation standards
Monitor integration industry trends, stay up to date with new tools and techniques, and apply these to ongoing projects and deliverables

Education/Qualifications
1. ITIL Foundation Certification
Knowledge and Skills
Substantial experience in design, development and implementation of integrations on Mule soft Anypoint platform (or equivalent)
Strong skills in building reusable API's and integration using Microservices Architecture, Event Driven Architecture and messaging brokers
Highly-developed communication skills, both verbally and written, with sound listening and presentation delivery skills
Demonstrated ability to negotiate with stakeholders and explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders both in person and in writing
Experience in IT Service Management processes such as Incident, Change, Release and Problem Management
Demonstrated understanding and application of SAFe agile methodologies within a large, complex, and multi-product organisation
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and to strict deadlines
Experience working with toolsets including; UML diagramming, such as RAML, PlantUML or similar;
Development and testing tools, such as SOAP UI, Postman, Anypoint Studio (Eclipse) or similar; SDLC tools, such as Go CD, Jira, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes or similar; and other tools, including Java, Groovy, XML, JSON, MUnit, databases (MSQL, Oracle, RDS, Redis etc.)
