This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining technical delivery, automation, AI innovation and user adoption into one end-to-end transformation experience. About the Role
As a Senior Consulting Engineer - Productivity, you will be ArgentEdge’s specialist in helping enterprise clients transition from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, while unlocking the value of Gemini Enterprise AI, GenSpark and RingCentral. You will lead technical implementations, configure intelligent workflows within the Google ecosystem, and guide clients through change with confidence. This is a highly visible role in our Productivity and Workplace Transformation practice and an opportunity to help define what an AI-enabled workplace should look like in practice. What You’ll Be Doing
Plan and execute end-to-end Google Workspace migrations from Microsoft 365, including mail, calendar, Drive/OneDrive migration, tenant setup, DNS cutover and post-migration validation Configure and optimise Google Workspace environments for enterprise clients, including Admin Console policies, Google Groups, shared drives, Meet hardware and aligned security controls Develop and implement Agentic AI and Generative AI workflows using Google Apps Script, Gemini API and Gemini Enterprise features Configure Gemini for Workspace, NotebookLM and custom Gems to improve productivity and knowledge workflows Deploy and configure the GenSpark AI platform to automate business workflows and enable intelligent knowledge management Administer and integrate RingCentral, including provisioning, call flow setup, Workspace SSO integration and user onboarding Lead change management and user adoption activity for Workspace rollouts, including training, quick-reference guides and stakeholder communications Partner with clients to ensure technical delivery is matched by practical adoption and measurable business impact Support ArgentEdge’s land‑and‑expand strategy through delivery excellence and trusted customer outcomes What We’re Looking For
Hands‑on experience delivering Google Workspace implementations and Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migrations Demonstrated capability with Google Workspace Admin Console, Google Apps Script, Gemini Enterprise, NotebookLM, Gems, GenSpark configuration and RingCentral administration Confidence working across both technical implementation and end‑user adoption Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders, support change and help users embrace a new way of working A practical, solutions‑focused mindset with strong ownership and delivery discipline Why Join ArgentEdge
