Be the backbone of the high-rise team. Build the culture, develop the Structural team, run things the way you want to. Projects cover mid to high rise commercial, residential and retail structures. Further there is involvement in hospitals, industrial, infrastructure and recreational developments/structures. Work together with the Directors in terms of facilitating your existing BD skills. Be exposed to strategies and formulas that have succeeded. You'll hold around 5-8 years experience in the Structural arena.
