Role
* Full time, Temporary until June 2027.
* Starting salary $78,811 (Band 5) or $94,713 (Band 6) plus superannuation.
Environmental Health Officer or Environmental Health Technician within the Community & Environmental Health unit. Responsibilities include monitoring, investigating, resolving and providing advice on public health matters.
Requirements
* Experience in Environmental Health, preferably within Victorian Local Government.
* Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision, planning and managing workload to meet deadlines and objectives.
* Strong commitment to teamwork, excellent problem‐solving, communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Tertiary qualifications in an environmental health discipline or other qualifications satisfying the membership status of Environmental Health Australia are relevant but not essential.
* Valid police records check and employee Working with Children Check.
